Кофейня прямо напротив моего дома - удобно, да. Но есть много НО. Все чаще приходя к «открытию» или даже позже - к 10:30 - оказываешься у закрытой двери. По всему видно, что проблема с персоналом. В последнее время работает одна девушка, видимо решает сама, когда и сколько времени работает кофейня. Качество кофе тоже упал - по причине необученности бариста. Помню кофе в 2023 году, хозяин и бариста Денис - справлялся со всем ОДИН. Всегда вовремя открывал, готовил отменный кофе и создавал чудесную атмосферу утра. Кофейня «Брайтон» 🩷 Давно такого нет, жаль. «Миф» расстраивает.

Отличный капучино, и такой вкусный круасан. Баристе отдельное спасибо, поднял настроение. Теперь, буду частенько сюда заходить и заказывать кофе только тут
