I arrived today 20 minutes before closing time, the dollar/tenge exchange rate was 1/464 on the scoreboard. He came in and gave me his passport and money. The girl counts and shows the amount, I double-check on the calculator, the amount does not add up. I look at the scoreboard behind her, where the exchange rate is 462.5 tenge per dollar. I tell the girl about this, she just answers me "no, the course is 462.5" I go towards the street scoreboard and right in front of my eyes she changes course from 464 to 462.5. In the end, I changed it anyway, but the feeling that I was brazenly deceived.
