October October 28th and 30th (invoice number 748929374) and I ordered from the Migros virtual market for delivery on October 30th. Whereas in one I thought I had chosen October 31st. There were 12 cokes in each and 1.3 kilograms of tangerines in one and 10 shower gels in the other and 9 gels in the other. They combined the cokes in one delivery and brought 24 cokes. Although they combined the cokes, they did not combine the gels. 9 gel has arrived. 10 gels and tangerines are missing. October October 30, I called 2 times, 3 times on October 31, but there was no return. I think they put it in another customer's bag and there was no sound from the other customer, somehow the product came for free. The store thinks it can intimidate me by not calling, but I've complained to the Consumer Arbitration Committee, I won't let it go. I will also complain about Google and Yandex reviews. on 1.12.2025, there was a “Buy 4, pay 2” campaign for the Godiva Extra Milk Chocolate Square 60 g product in my order numbered 769846220 that I placed through Migros Virtual Market. While I thought I had ordered 8 pieces of this product, I noticed that 6 pieces had passed when the products were delivered. Obviously, there must be a systemic error (if there is no intention). Dec paid the same amount because logically there is no difference between 6pc and 8pc in terms of the campaign, we pay the same amount. Since the system has somehow received the money it will receive, it must have reduced the amount during the paying stage by cheating. While my order still seemed to be undelivered on the internet, I wondered if I could add 2 more pieces and called the call center. The woman I spoke to on the phone said that the order had been delivered on her screen. This statement seemed suspicious to me; even if it is true, it shows that Migros's systems do not work in sync with each other. That's what the head-scratcher must have said. But even assuming that he's telling the truth (which I don't think he is), this proves the existence of a much bigger systemic problem in the nature of a confession. The website is working so badly that different data can be read in 2 different places at the same time. Well, in a system that works so poorly, it is extremely natural to write 6 products instead of 8 (if there is no intention). If there was no intention, their program should have warned me, anyway, because there is no difference between 6 and 8. Dec. It's their job that the customer doesn't notice.
