We've been staying here for the second year! This is a great hotel for the money! Rather, a family hotel and lived there as if in a family..the linen was changed on demand, the hosts are very hospitable, they try to fulfill any of your desires. There are small disadvantages, this is the quality of cleaning, which I am sure will be a hundred times better after the hostess found out about this disadvantage))) Well, there are no soap accessories, but we don't need them, we only use our own. Room, all amenities, with balcony, air conditioning, heating, shower, toilet, hairdryer, refrigerator, clean renovation, blankets, beds, slippers, location in the heart of the old town. There is a shared kitchen where you can always cook something or make coffee. All rooms in the hotel are spacious. Ours cost 100 GEL for two with breakfast, 90 GEL without breakfast. Breakfasts are meager, but you won't be hungry and what to expect from tomorrow for 350 rubles for two! 5th floor 12 room, with a gorgeous view especially in the evening. There is an elevator. Very quiet and peaceful, perfect for relaxing! Ideally, this is a little said! The hotel staff and the hostess are just divine people!! Who are nice to even stand next to! Respect with a capital letter to them and a low bow. The hostess's name is Gulo, she speaks Russian fluently and is usually present at the time of check-in. Otherwise, you may need a basic knowledge of English to explain yourself at the reception. well, even without knowing the language, you can explain everything on your fingers or with the help of a translator. It takes 10-15 minutes to get to the sea slowly. A cafe and a shop are within walking distance. Changing currencies is also all around Everything is fine! We are satisfied.A wonderful budget hotel in the heart of Batumi.

You can 't get enough breakfast , the menu repeats from week to week, coffee is 3in1 , rooms are 5/10 , the air conditioner saves , there is no shower cabin as such , wash everything drips on the floor , then the whole shower room is in water , the toilet is in water and the floor is dirty all the time because of this , all the staff seems to be good , it 's worth washing things 15 lari as I understand it , regardless of the amount of clothes it is + , the hostess of the hotel was kind and good ( this is the first day ) , for all the time she never even greeted me in response , throws the keys to the room and is not comfortable with her , it seems that everything)

The hotel is well located. WiFi and air conditioning are working stably. That's all of the advantages. Of the minuses: -when you check in, you were provided with an unmade room (bed linen is also not in a complete set) -breakfast for 10 days is the same eggs and sausages, you don't eat much, especially for guys -3 in 1m coffee, cheap, no tea -there is no cleaning in the rooms, they asked for 2 times, at most they provided a towel and that dirty one 😅 - the floors are not washed at all

The hotel is clean enough, located in the city center, near the seaport. TV, air conditioning, kettle for customer service. There is a possibility of parking.

A cozy hotel with clean and bright rooms in the old part of the city, most of the sights and restaurants are within walking distance. You can get from the airport by taxi (order through the app and specify the correct address) or by bus number 10 (you will need a Batumi card and walk a little, this is if you do not arrive at night). It is possible to order breakfast in advance for GEL 15. The hostess's name is Gulo, she speaks Russian fluently and is usually present at the time of check-in. Otherwise, you may need a basic knowledge of English to explain yourself at the reception. I stayed at the hotel for 10 days and can recommend it as a good place to start exploring the city.

The disgusting impression of this place is not so much from the hotel itself, but from the attitude of the staff and the hostess! It all started with the fact that the room was NOT cleaned after the previous guests at check-in.: layers of dust, hair, dirt (especially in the bathroom), there were not even basic supplies, toilet paper, soap, etc . There was no dryer on the balcony, and one blanket was missing in the triple room. On the day of arrival, we decided not to cause a scandal, we somehow cleaned up ourselves and asked the reception only for a dryer, they promised to bring it to us. The next day, we hung up a sign saying "Cleaning required" and went for a walk. When we returned after 3 p.m., we found that no one had cleaned the room, and the dryer hadn't been brought either. We went down to the reception, they yelled at us and rudely replied that they "did not notice the sign" and "they will remove it tomorrow." As a result, we were able to achieve cleaning of that blanket only on the third day, and then, after constant calls and personal trips to the reception. The quality of the pillows, linens and "towels" left much to be desired, the towels looked like rags. The hostess, instead of solving the issues, was always trying to avoid the conversation, pretending that we were making some ridiculous demands. It was constantly being played: "I should have asked," even though we already asked! The receptionist kept saying that the hostess was not there, that she would be "tomorrow", and in the end all the requests just hung in the air. A separate "compliment" is the accusation that we allegedly ruined the towels because they stained our hair. Yes, we have dyed hair, but we use a regular balm that can be easily washed if washed properly. It seemed that things were just being rinsed in water, so then they began to bring us torn, washed towels. On the day of check-out, there was a sign at the reception stating that check-out was at 12:00. At 10:50, an employee burst into the room and demanded that we vacate the room by 11:00, saying that "12:00 is for tourists." Then God only knows who we are, if not tourists. Anyway, we calmly packed up and handed over the keys at 11:59. All this turned the vacation into a marathon of "begging", where you had to literally beat out everything by force for basic things. Bottom line: The only advantage is the location. Everything else is just stress :) If you want your vacation to be peaceful, choose another place.
