I only had experience in the arrival side of the airport and it was midnight. The customs took a while, but there were more than 10 desks open, so they were trying to make it easier and quicker or all passengers arriving. It was easy to walk through they don't speak English but definitely get the message across. Yandex taxi service takes quick, so not a long wait and bathroom's were somewhat representative with toilet paper and kind of clean. I look forward to experiencing the departure side of the airport.

Terrible experience at this airport. The travel agents are not helpful at all. They do not know the policies of airlines. We contacted our airline and they were appalled with the type of service provided here. I will not recommend this airport. It is the worst place for foreigners.

The employees in the airport they don't understand any other language such English or Arabic.. And they are mad if you don't speak Russian.. This is not logical and not attractive for tourists to visit your country!!

Be careful of the taxis outside of the airport they charged me 300 dollars to go from the airport to red Square!!!!
Let the hotel send u a car or go to the taxi desk INSIDE the airport and pay over there and take a receipt

Airport environment is good but I couldn’t find any free drinking water dispenser machine. On the other hand the immigration Officers behavior to the travellers is not appropriate.

For an airport, it’s not too crowded. All the information in there is written in both Russian and English so even non-Russian speakers can easily navigate the airport

One of Moscow worst airports. Staff are not friendly at all. Worst passport control you can meet. Airport itself is not that bad.

That was my second travel through this airport. It's clean, whit charger units for your smartphone and laptop, you can buy food or order meals.

This is a very comfortable airport. Clear signs, plenty of room to wait, well-coordinated work of the staff. Clean, spacious.

Аэропорт большой, много места для ожидания, кафе, магазины, сувениры. Все очень удобно. Чисто, прохладно. Приятно находится в этом аэропорту. Понравилось добираться из центра. Ехали на метро, потом на специальном автобусе от станции Домодедово. Получилось не дорого. Если поедем в Москву ещё раз, обязательно выберем этот аэропорт

Аэропорт комфортный, много стоек регистрации. Персонал отзывчивый, всегда готовый помочь. Прилетали и улетали из этого аэропорта. Насчет вылета. Очень маленькие гейты, очень мало места, очередь была огромная, стояла аж около эскалатора. Насчет прилета нареканий нет, в автобусе от самолета до терминала дул кондиционер, водитель вел бережно, на каждом автобусе написан рейс и место откуда прилетели, сразу можно определить свой, и интереса ради посмотреть на другие автобусы. По пути от входа в терминал до таможенного контроля есть лестница, и эскалатор, можно выбрать: размять ноги после долгого перелета, или постоять на эскалаторе. Багаж выдали быстро, почти сразу. Немного проблематично с парковкой на прилете но терпимо.

Уютно и чисто,есть кафе и удобные места в достаточном количестве для сидения в зале ожидания.
Нет понятной навигации по выходам к самолёту,табло в середине зала,его не видно при входе.Поэтому много передвижений ненужных среди пассажиров.Но вишенка на торте персонал в окнах регистрации,117 ,116,агрессия зашкаливает наряду с невоспитанностью.Что весьма портит впечатление от аэропорта.
