Unfortunately, her work leaves much to be desired.: She performs her duties unfairly and is unprofessional in dealing with clients. We have encountered rude and disrespectful treatment, which is completely unacceptable, especially for people who are not locals and expect at least a minimum level of politeness and competence. We kindly ask you to have an explanatory conversation with her about the norms of professional ethics, communication culture and attitude towards clients.
