I've been putting up with it for a long time, but I can't anymore. The store is about nothing in terms of assortment, sometimes there are no excise goods from the flyer in cosmetics at all, defects on the shelves, a narrow range of goods in the group. And employees are probably not even familiar with the simple rules of communication with customers. No hello, no goodbye, no thanks, no smile. They always discuss someone on the sidelines, not reacting that people have gathered at the checkout. When buying something in a store, you always leave with an unpleasant feeling, because that's how they look at you. The request to the management is to conduct a master class on communication with employees, and with a commodity expert - on choosing an assortment.
