Hello. A sad experience with the store. I came to the store to buy a concealer and decided to seek help from a consultant. So, I chose a concealer from Maybelline in the hope of changing my pet from Relouis. When I got home, the concealer was printed out, but.... It was yellow. I had to go back to the store and buy the "old man" Relouis back. The store shook their head and said that this one was the lightest, but no... That's not so. I understand perfectly well that cosmetics cannot be returned, but 14 rubles are not lying on the road. Dear management, please train employees not only to sell and lay out products, but also the ability to understand cosmetics (and yes, consultants should understand that concealer should be lighter in tone)! It's a shame, a shame, wasted money. I do not recommend the store.
The photo is attached. How can you not distinguish a yellow shade from a light one? I was hoping for professionals.
