Good afternoon! We have always visited this store with pleasure, as there is a good choice and relatively reasonable prices. But the other day we came to the store for foundation, asked the consultant to help us find the right tone, he searched for a long time and eventually brought the product we needed. They came to the cashier and a female consultant whispered something to the cashier. They didn't pay attention to anything, paid for it and went home. It was only in the evening at home that they noticed that they had sold us a tester, found a receipt and there was an amount indicated that was not the same as that on the stand. The next day we came to the store to change the tone and deal with the situation, there was already another girl at the checkout. We explained the whole situation and she found our payment. As it turned out, instead of tonal, they punched liquid soap and gave us a tester. That is, it was done intentionally. The girl replaced the tonal one for us and said that they would sort it out. To be honest, I have no desire to go to this store anymore. I understand that we didn't check everything at once either, but the situation is still unpleasant(
