Yesterday I was in the cosmetics department and asked a woman (plump, with white hair) to show me if there were any more pencils in the right shade, to which I received an answer: see for yourself, everything is on display there. I thought, okay, I'll take a look. After a couple of minutes, a girl comes with a similar request and receives a huge sigh from this woman and the words: well, look for yourself. Terrible service, sales consultants should help customers, not scare them away. I won't come here anymore.
