I hope for sincere understanding from the store management, as I am already tired of visiting this point. Over the past few months, the store has been in a complete mess: regular discrepancies between goods and prices, chaos with price tags, lack of basic control. I had never reviewed a receipt before, as I trusted the price tags, but after several trips to this store, I realized that it was necessary to do so now. The price discrepancy occurs all the time: it seems that the difference is small - one or two rubles, but they are steadily being written off. The product does not fill up on time, there is a price tag from one item on the shelf, and under it is another product, which naturally breaks through at a higher price at the checkout. The last such incident occurred today. Yes, you can say, "watch what you take," but then I would like to wish the staff the same thing - to keep track of where and what goods they put. It is clear that no one will swear because of the ruble, but when this happens systematically, I'm sorry, it gets boring. If the difference is constantly compensated by cashiers, there are no questions. But in its current form, the situation looks like regular negligence. I would like to mention the staff separately: the staff at the checkout look constantly tired, work like robots, and it's just scary to approach them for advice. One gets the feeling that a person may fall from fatigue or indifference. I understand perfectly well that working with people is hard, but as a person working in the same field, I know what to compare it with. Please fix the situation in the store. Either reconsider the organization of work, or install self-service cash registers - unfortunately, robots would have done better in their current form.
