I love shopping, MILA, I always buy something for myself, for my home, for my soul. But the store, or rather its employees, or rather the store manager MILA in Kirovsk, disappointed me. I went to the store on August 7 to buy deodorant. I choose, and the button was accidentally pressed, yes, I'm wrong, yes, you don't have to press to hear the smell, BUT then, like a fury, like a queen, "mistress", the Head of the whole store jumped out (she calls herself that and boasts about it along the way) and jumped up to me, BUY now if everyone click what will happen. I tell her I'm sorry. She flies up to me, grabs another deodorant that I took and sprays it. To the question of WHY you are doing this. She replied that it was not necessary to do so. I asked the second time WHY? She screams that she's right, and I had no right to do that. I'm sorry, it's clear that sellers in Kirovsk are satisfied with a buyer who either walks around without touching anything so as not to disrupt their storefronts or does not buy at all. A wild village, I'm sorry. I asked for a complaint book. Where she stated this attitude in writing. While I was writing, this supervisor was standing half a meter away from me, glaring at me. I understand that maybe she has personal problems, some kind of inconsistencies, a bad mood, but this is a job. Personal hatred, dislike, or emotions should not be in the gym, not in the workplace. Working with people is only about Respect. I'm a very calm person, polite, and it's sooo difficult to get me out, but the Kirov resident did it.
