The text message did not arrive after this time. When trying to pick up an order after 4 hours at the address of Dzerzhinsky 104, the employees were told that this was the first time they had seen someone order something on their website and DID NOT KNOW how to work with it or how to debit an ALREADY PAID item. After that, they hid in the back room and began to violently discuss and humiliate the person who came for the goods. After a while, THE PAID PRODUCT WAS TAKEN FROM THE SHOWCASE, it was not set aside separately! and only then is it given to the person. The discussion is disgusting, and there is a complete lack of customer orientation. Employees have absolutely no information about their own work.
