This is the first time I've encountered such a situation and, frankly, I'm shocked. It is impossible to make an appointment with a doctor at all. They tell you the date when you can make an appointment, and additionally put you in reserve. But in fact, when you call, everything is already scheduled, but they don't see you in the reserve. I understand that doctors have a lot of workload, but why deceive clients? I would have already found another clinic and would not have wasted my time. I would like to note that I can't blame it on the fact that the administrators are very busy. When I visited this clinic, I noticed that the girls pay a lot of attention to talking about their business, thereby skipping calls. And it's not surprising that they forget something, because their conversations are really very interesting. I had a desire to completely cure my teeth in this clinic (I wanted to cure the canals in two teeth, eliminate caries, remove the tooth and put veneers), but after such an attitude, the desire disappeared completely. If you decide to apply to this place, think twice.

There were no fillings in the teeth, caries was visually invisible, the teeth were young (the child was 15 years old). She clarified why it was so expensive, and the doctor said she thought so.

The doctor, by the way, told me 2 caterogies , and not the first one , that she would not put a seal, the tooth needed to be pulled out. I said, he doesn't bother me, put the seal on, that's what I want. As a result, she wrote me a referral for a paid examination (some kind of X-ray) and put a 70p dental seal, which fell out after 3 days. I went back to them , asked them to put a seal on me , and they made an appointment with another doctor . As a result, they dialed and said, in order to preserve good relations, come under warranty . I came after losing another week by appointment to the same doctor and she sang the same song to me)))). I left and put a seal in another clinic and have been with the seal for 2 months now and everything is ok. In general, what I wanted to say is, if your hands are not from the right place, go chop firewood, and not climb into the human oral cavity))))

I consulted on all issues, the price / how long they will do, etc. I signed up for Selezneva Alexandra, for cleaning and dental treatment. Since everything was bad with her teeth, we decided to divide it into 3 visits and I went to her all three times. The doctor was very attentive, did everything carefully, asked how I was feeling. I did not go to the dentist earlier because of the fear of pain and the price. But everything made me happy! In the future, for inspection / cleaning only here! I clean my mouth regularly - once a year, once and a half. I cleaned my mouth last week at this clinic. They did it "to fuck off": literally in 20 minutes, then all the teeth hurt for another 3 days (no kidding), especially the front ones. How many times have I done the cleaning, there has never been anything like this. I may be wrong (since I am not an expert), but we did the cleaning with a nozzle that was not intended for this - to speed up the process. And I don't care about the enamel.

During the week, I recorded a child to have a baby tooth removed. The administrator asked me to come 10 minutes earlier to get a card. OK, we're 20 minutes early. As a result, we sat for half an hour, after us came a man who was accepted before us, arguing that he had an appointment in front of us and there was work for 5 minutes. And the fact that we had plans, no one cares. Also, an unpleasant impression remained from the institution itself: the water cooler does not work. there is a children's table with coloring books, not even a table, but some kind of incomprehensible bedside table without a chair. Shame on you. The institution is engaged in dental treatment for children! And in any self-respecting institution there is a children's corner ... Shoe covers are also synthetic (such as caps in hospitals), after shoes they become electrified, do not come off, it is unhygienic that they stick to your hands when you try to take them off. In short, after 30 minutes of waiting, we just left and were glad of it. I'm not quibbling, it's just that if you have such a price list and everything on the site is well and beautifully painted, then match it!

I made 2 teeth in this dentistry, I will immediately make a reservation that there was no need for treatment, it was necessary to change the filling in the front tooth, because a piece broke off, At the first appointment, the seal was changed, but the doctor noticed that there was also an old seal in the next one and it should be replaced. From that moment on, everything went to hell. At the next appointment, the old filling was removed (which, according to the doctor, stood incorrectly on the gum) and the gum began to bleed, the doctor tried for a long time to stop it for about 2 hours and the tooth was ready. That evening, part of the seal fell off. The next day, the doctor took and redid the filling for free, I was in a hurry and did not look in the mirror, when I came home I almost burst into tears, the front tooth was made crooked. My husband sent me back to redo, I showed the doctor the photo as it was before her intervention, she began to redo constantly asking and now she likes it and so on. It seems to have been fixed, but this seal also began to break off in parts the very next day. I decided for myself that I will not redo them because it is more expensive for myself.
