Хамское обслуживание продавцом. На возврат товара оскорбления посыпались "как из рога изобилия". Вытолкнули из бутика! Хотя намеревалась обменять товар и привела еще нового покупателя. Сочувствие руководителю, с таким персоналом высокой торговли не будет.
