The master responded to my remark by refusing to serve my child . In the request to provide a book of complaints , look for yourself . Master Elya packed up and left the hall for the little room behind the reception desk. She stayed there the whole time I was writing the complaint . I did not try to resolve the conflict . She only gave me a complaint book after calling the police to the salon . I've been going to the salon for 5 years (to Inna, Ksusha and Ira), I've never seen anything like this. I made an appointment with the master for the first time , but Ira and Inna don 't have an appointment . I will not sponsor such an attitude towards myself anymore.
