I ordered underwear for a decent amount through an online store. There are a number of comments: the delivery time of the order is not specified anywhere, a few days after the order is placed (100% online payment) I called the manager myself to find out when the order would be ready. It turned out that the order was going to be collected "across the country" within 2 weeks... okay, I waited until the order was delivered, I drew the manager's attention that I was going abroad, I needed delivery before the specified time. The order, of course, was not delivered. 10 days after my return, the courier delivered the order. I'm silent about the crumpled packaging (expensive linen in a small cardboard crust, in which the bust cup is creased, and the box is also wrapped in a black garbage bag). The busts did not fit, although the size was determined by the manufacturer's size grid. I printed out the refund request and sent it by mail. Three days later, the manager called and said that the online store does not accept the return of busts, saying that the product is non-refundable even with labels ... Disappointment with the store, service, attitude… How can I order underwear if fitting is not possible?
