I stopped at the hotel, checked into a room. The most disgusting thing is the lack of a brush in the toilet (you know what the consequences of this are) just a few times, but they constantly forgot.
They took an incomprehensible deposit from me, then they said that I live in the best conditions because I have a room with a window (to be honest, it's never comfortable, people make a lot of noise, children play and so on), but I had a reservation without a window.
The hotel staff did not come up with anything better than to announce that I have to pay extra!
It looks like a divorce for money, to be honest.
After finding out, their administrator declares that this is a human factor and just a mistake and offered to report and pay extra because otherwise their employee will be fined!

But, all the rooms on the ground floor from some have a view of the concrete set. Terribly not a romantic hotel. The absence of a restaurant (dining room) is also depressing. Breakfast is brought to the room. Och a simple breakfast. And what is really very bad is a deposit of 20,000 tenge (5,000 rubles) that will be charged to you upon check-in. It's especially bad if you arrived at night and you don't have enough cash with you..
