The hotel costs 25,000 tenge per night plus a 20,000 tenge deposit. Instead of renting here, go rent an apartment. There's no need for a deposit, it's cheaper and you'll be more comfortable. Will they give you that money back or will they charge you for it? That's why I don't recommend this place to anyone.

The location of the hotel is good, it is located in the center of Alma Ata, with easy access to shopping malls, restaurants, cafes and a convenient warehouse. It's clean, the rooms are cleaned every day, they even provide drinking water, and the staff is very nice and helpful. ☺️

Excellent location of the hotel, just a few minutes walk from the center. The room stock is located on the 1st or even on the "semi-first" floor. The rooms have everything you need, according to the hotel category. We had breakfast included, it was given to us at the reception in containers: it was quite satisfying and varied (breakfast for two in the photo). Pleasant and friendly receptionists at the reception.
