I really liked the hotel, clean, snow-white sheets, towels, disposable brushes, toothpastes, slippers, shower gel, TV, hair dryer, WiFi, function, Smart home, etc
. The staff is very smiling, hospitable, responsive.
And what kind of breakfasts are free, very tasty and in a large assortment of dishes, drinks, flour products, etc
. A wonderful hotel, wonderful people, you feel safe, they will tell you everything and call a taxi if necessary.
As well as the bus stop nearby, you can take a bus ride to the sights of the city.
Baku itself is also very clean, the roads are gorgeous, there are a lot of cats, the prices are not expensive.
I really liked everything!!!

I am writing a review as a travel agent .
We stayed at the hotel from 09/26/24 to 10/01/24.
At the very beginning, I want to thank the staff of the hotel for their hospitality.
All the guys at the reception are very attentive.The check-in took place immediately upon arrival.
The rooms in the hotel are in good condition.Snow-white bed linen and towels.There are breakfasts in the cafe on the ground floor, the girls try their best.Everything is very tasty and the porridge and the omelette that will be prepared in front of you.Breakfast buffet.A good choice.You will definitely not stay hungry.
The only downside is that there is no coffee machine.I would really like to.There is a cooler on the ground floor and drinking water and boiling water are always freely available.
The water in the room is also being updated.
There is an ironing room.The hotel has four floors, but there is an elevator and there is no need to take your luggage up the stairs.
There are scales on the ground floor, you can weigh your luggage before departure, which is very convenient.The building is of ancient construction, there are no balconies.But it didn't matter to us. There are air conditioners.
There is a small cafe with homemade cuisine in front of the hotel.I advise you to visit it.There are no such national dishes as Elkhan's in the whole of Baku.
Location.Of course, this is not a sucking center.But it is convenient that there is a metro station on May 28 and a shopping center with the same name, where there are fast food outlets.There are many shops nearby .Where you can buy products.It takes 15-20 minutes to walk to the embankment in a straight line.Of course, it's not very convenient to go back, because it's uphill.Personally, we used taxi services.

In principle, a good hotel, but 3 stars is a lot.
The breakfasts are average.
But what is nice is that boys and girls are always polite, smiling, even if they hardly understand what you are asking in Russian.
Room cleaning is only on request at the reception.
The location is very good. And not in any area and not far from the center. The room had windows facing the street. And here's the surprise room on the other side. The windows overlook the corridor of this building. I admit, I have not seen this before.

We were passing through for one night, everything was fine with us. The room is small, but cozy, clean, and was checked in very quickly. The male staff at the reception is very polite and attentive. They suggested where to see the sights of Baku, called a taxi. All the staff treated us very kindly, we can mention a reception employee named Aha. We left very early in the morning, there was a pleasant surprise, we had breakfast prepared with us. Thank you very much! The city is clean and beautiful. We visited the Old Town, walked along the embankment. We always traveled by taxi, the taxi drivers are very kind and sociable. Everyone speaks Russian. We will definitely return to Baku, very good people live here!

I have previously stayed in Baku and stayed at the Mildom Hotel. The hotel turned out to be a pleasant surprise.Convenient location in the city center. Helpful staff, provide useful information. Clean rooms with soft beds.They meet and escort you to the airport exactly on schedule.

10/22/2024 we checked into the hotel, booking it in advance on the website. At the reception, they started to tell me that there were no places, but when they saw the cash, they abruptly changed their mind and gave me a room that was "reserved". There is no heating, although the weather outside is 8-10 degrees at night. The maid has never come to the room in 4 days, at least to pick up trash or a dirty towel. After extending the room for a day, the next day we were asked to move out 2 hours before our time expired. Every day from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and all night long, either the lowest water pressure in the bathroom was done, or only hot water was left. We thought that the problem was only ours, but realized after the complaints of other residents that the water was turned off throughout the hotel. The reception responded to the claims with "this is the system", although after calls to them, the water was abruptly returned))₽
I give 2 stars only for breakfasts that were more or less

Great hotel! Beautiful inside, comfort in the room, in the morning you can have breakfast Buffet in the cafe on the 1st floor. The hotel staff are very attentive and solve all problems if they arise during their stay in Baku, create a homely atmosphere. Nearby there are shops, banks, the embankment is not far away. Driver services are available around the clock. Very attentive and friendly people, both in the hotel itself and in the city. Beautiful historical sites, there is something to see!

Upon departure, you will be asked to pay a fine for a soiled bedding set, which was originally with a torn duvet cover-15 manat, this also gave me a discount on the fine, they regretted that they lived in a pigsty!!!!so be careful!!!!
The water, which should be given by the bottle once a day, should be brought 2 times in 10 days, the same amount was cleaned, the garbage was not taken out
To my question, why?
The administrator replied- the cleaner does not dare to enter the room, in the absence of the tenant (2 times out of 10 days she could enter, but 8 times she did not) ...
Even in the morning she asked to clean the room, returned to the same..
I really liked the country, the city of Baku and the people living there.
But Mildom, or rather administrators and managers, spoiled all the good impression about the vacation, that there is no desire to return to this country anymore..

A terrible place to live.
We booked on yandex. travel, the description did not say that the room would be without a window.
The breakfast is worse than in a 2-star hotel, almost everything is missing, from coffee and juices to scrambled eggs. And everything that is presented is impossible to eat.
The room has not been cleaned once in 4 nights
The location is disgusting, it is 3 km to the center, and on the way back to the hotel it is a long climb.
The nearest metro station is 1.5 km away.
There are no cafes and restaurants nearby.
I don't see any advantages at all, what it says is that the hotel is 4 stars, don't believe it

The number is exactly like in the picture. Very clean, cozy. Bathrobes, towels, slippers, disposable gels, brushes - everything is there.
The breakfast is small and yet there is plenty to choose from for different tastes. Egg, 3 types of cheese, sausage, olives-olives, cucumbers-tomatoes.Very friendly and attentive service. Administrator Rafael showed us all the routes on a beautiful paper map.

We were at this hotel from May 20th to May 24th. In 2024. We really liked the hotel. A beautiful, comfortable hotel. Not far from the center, near the metro. I don't like to leave bad reviews, but I couldn't pass by here.
I didn't like absolutely everything, starting from the entrance to this hotel
The person who registered us, I can't even call him the administrator, since he looked just like a person from the street, met us absolutely not friendly, later, when we passed the reception, we just didn't want to cross eyes with this person
After we entered the room, we were shocked, the room was small, dirty, the toilet stank of cigarettes, it was disgusting to walk on this floor and take a shower there
After we entered the room, we did not figure out how to connect to Wi-Fi, went down to the reception to say that we do not have Internet, and I said that the Internet is important to my work, to which I heard: "calm down" and a look full of hatred.This level of service, or rather its absence, I meet for the first time.As a result, we somehow figured it out ourselves, as we were told that maybe this situation would be resolved tomorrow.next, breakfast, it shocked us, there's just nothing to eat, it's a shame to include such a disgusting breakfast in the price.I do not recommend this hotel to anyone!
