I made an order from a legal entity. Firstly, the site is buggy: I tried to specify the quantity of goods several times - the site itself changed the number and did not allow me to specify a specific delivery address for Brest. I indicated "Pickup from Minsk" (so that I could order at least somehow) - and then I told by phone that I needed a specific delivery address in Brest. Secondly, the Store called twice a week later and asked if we had paid for the order. We paid a week ago, but our payment was not immediately seen. Thirdly: the third call: "You can pick up the order from the Minsk PVZ" - ("aha, we have arrived") - it will be sent via Belpost. We are waiting now. And all this time, time goes by and the speed of delivery directly depends on all these shoals. This was my first and last order. Thanks!
