But that's not the point now. I had a card issued for this network, on which I accumulated MILES and spent on what I needed, but it didn't burn to buy with cash. And that was a plus for this network. But when buying an item in the store in March of this year, the cashier did not accept the card and said that she needed to download the application to her phone and use it when paying. I downloaded the app, but saw that all the accumulated miles were gone. When I called the marketing department on the phone, I received a response that the previous loyalty program was closed and that there were ads in stores (I did not see them. maybe because I'm a busy person, I go to the store for a specific purpose, and not on an excursion), the cashiers did not warn me about the closure of the program when paying. I think that zeroing points and not transferring them to a new program is not fair to customers. I think I'm not the only one in this situation. And then there are people who still use push-button telephones, which means they haven't thought about them at all. I think this is the wrong decision for such a network. Moreover, it is possible to take into account the accumulated bonus card points. Other retail chains do just that.
