Pros : free shipping (although it can be included in the price, but let it be.. it's still free), correct polite communication between the operator and the delivery drivers.. However, the main disadvantage is the low quality of the delivered goods and their replacement. The quality of the product is not determined by the manufacturer, but by poor storage or delivery.. and the ability to pass it on to the buyer.. The furniture had mechanical damage and, according to the manager, had previously been a showcase piece. There was a desire to immediately cancel the purchase, but the manager convinced me to take the product, pay for it, and after that make a replacement for high-quality products.. The issue of replacement was resolved promptly, but unfortunately, the furniture was not in the best condition again, it was covered with ingrained, hard-to-clean dust.. I didn't make a replacement the second time, because temporary downtime without furniture would have been more expensive and I would have had to waste time waiting for a repeat delivery.. there is no guarantee that the furniture will be of proper quality. I would like to emphasize that despite the low quality of the product, the price is high. After complaining to the store's information center, we apologized for any inconvenience caused! A refund or replacement is offered.. But, the inconvenience is expressed specifically in my material and temporary losses, and to continue to engage in replacement or refund is, as already described above, to continue to incur losses for me.. Here is a "childish" excuse from the construction store chain "MILE". We also offered a follow-up purchase with a 10% discount! This is not compensated, and having sold the battered showcase samples at full price ... they are already offering to make the next purchase.. There were other unsuccessful purchases in this store, so only two stars..

The store is conveniently located near Minsk World. But that's if you drive a car. If there is a narrow bridge on foot with MM in summer, and in winter it is not cleaned at all. As I was making repairs, I drove up, bought mostly small things that were missing. If it's on a large scale, then there is also a building and a mammoth, plus plumbing and electrical shops that will be more profitable. A big plus of the mile is the opening hours and the range, and everyone can promote the price online and choose the best deal if they don't need something urgently.

We interacted with 5-7 department employees. The dark guy in the tile department is the only positive, fast and responsible employee. All the others, like from the cartoon Zootopia (all the sloths who are not in a hurry at all), showed the employee what was needed from his department, went somewhere, came in 5 minutes with another product and said that there would not be so much of it. I'm saying that we don't need it at all. Finding the person in charge of the department is a separate quest..... Also, delivery is a separate pain. Dear company management, why not make an additional function with a rise to the floor, as all your other competitors do, for an additional fee.payment. This is A SERVICE. It's not that you have free shipping, BUT we don't do unloading, we don't raise it to the floor, and in general, we're looking for ways to deliver it all. In addition, you can ONLY pay with certificates at a retail store, tell me what the problem is, and connect it to your online store, it's the same thing. Conclusion: I will avoid this network whenever possible, because the service is disgusting
