They asked me to check the equipment at the checkout, so that everything would be fine, the cashier again doesn't know anything, and I called Lyosha again!!!! But he never showed up at the checkout! I asked the receptionist or someone else, and they say no, I'm on vacation!!! In short, it's a complete mess! As a result, I caught the seller in the sales area, his name is Svetlana, (at least one adequate seller for the entire store) !!!, she helped us, checked everything and issued a guarantee. As a result, buying a regular mixer probably took half an hour and a lot of wasted nerve cells! I haven't seen such disregard for customers for a long time, apparently the store doesn't need revenue!
