I bought an apartment in this company at the start of sales. During the construction, I made changes to the original design of the apartment. Based on my application, the company's specialists developed an additional project as soon as possible, taking into account the changes being made. This saved me the extra hassle of making changes to the technical data sheet after receiving it. The apartment was accepted with the involvement of a specialist from an outside organization, there were no major defects, everything was within the building regulations, the nuances specified in the act were eliminated in a short time (thanks to Bogdan D.). Special thanks to Seredyuk A. (Chief Plumbing Specialist), who always provided assistance when questions arose and established himself as a qualified specialist in his field. In general, I was satisfied with the purchase of an apartment in this company! All the company's specialists are friendly, tactful, responsible, and always helpful. The company has interesting projects, I wish you further development!

I leave a real review about the developer of Millennium City LLC, specifically about the construction of a house at the address: Brest, Sikorsky str., 70. 1. The delivery of the house was scheduled for January 3, 2024, the delivery was postponed to May 2024. Allegedly, they do not have time to improve the territory due to the weather (although the weather was warm for winter), but we did not set these deadlines. Later we found out that it wasn't about landscaping. 2. The house was rented in May 2024, but there was no information for the shareholders, they had to call themselves and ask what was wrong with the house and when we would receive the keys. The situation dragged on for another month with the transfer of documents to the BTI. The contract prescribes only fines for you, and the developer cannot be fined as such, they can increase the time limit upon notification, or they will return the money you deposited within a certain period of time. According to the acceptance of my apartment, there were no strong nuances, only small things. NOW ABOUT THE MOST INTERESTING THING! 3. Millennium employees are not competent to answer almost any of your questions, the answer will be: "we will clarify, we will call you back." But it's not a fact that someone will call you back. You will not find the director of this organization, he does not make contact, he is always busy, on a business trip, or out of place. And if there is any information, then most likely these are fairy tales. 4. They could not transfer the house to the housing and communal services from June to November 24! Every week there was information from Millenium employees that almost tomorrow the house would be transferred to the Housing and Communal Services. We call the housing department, they don't even know about such a house! 5. The house was somehow transferred to the housing and communal services, the heating season began in Brest. People already live in some apartments. But at the time of writing the review (17.10.24), there was no heating and no hot water in the house!!! And it's already 0 degrees outside at night. ZHES says that Millennium did not hand over the relevant documents to them to start heating and hot water. As soon as it is transmitted, it will be launched immediately. We collect documents and submit applications to the relevant authorities to conduct an audit and a trial with this organization! Who has read the review to the end - take care of your nerves and do not contact this organization!!
