Great place, clean, cozy, polite receptionists. We lived for 3 days. I liked everything very much, we will definitely come again.

We always stay in Karaganda with my husband in this hotel, for several years we have come across different rooms, but they are always perfectly clean, the plumbing is clean, the dishes are Ikea (nice to eat), household appliances are in good order, the bed linen is clean and ironed. This August we also stayed here, but the rooms on the floors were occupied, there were 2 attic rooms, and we moved into one of them. Everything in the room was perfect, except for the heat and stuffiness, the roof warmed up very much. They turned on the air conditioner, and it was outdoor and rattled so much that for 4 hours of its operation I had a terrible headache. His work noise drowned out the sound of the TV. And it is impossible with a conder, and you can't turn it off - you can die. We were able to turn it off only closer to night, well they are already cool in August. I took off one star for the inconvenience of a noisy conder, we were just unlucky this time, but overall, the hotel is excellent. Thanks to the staff and the owner: the rooms have an interesting finish, it feels like the renovation was done deliberately, not hastily, conscientiously.

Excellent hotel, reasonable price,quiet area, the room is clean and cozy. There is also a sauna on the 1st floor, which can be visited). You can cook food in the room itself, and a stove is provided. You can wash your clothes, there is a washing machine, dryer and ironing board, an iron is provided if you need to iron. There is also Wi-Fi with excellent signal, and cable TV with many channels. I recommend it, you won't regret it

The Milo Apart Hotel is a very nice and nice hotel. Excellent apartment hotel, very hospitable owner and staff. The rooms are small but comfortable, clean, odorless and with obvious traces of previous tenants. The location, frankly speaking, is not very good, but if you are by car, it does not matter, especially since the hotel offers more than a reasonable price for decent comfort. There is a parking lot on site.
Of the possible disadvantages:
- good audibility if there are noisy neighbors
nearby - location, but it was mentioned above.

The hotel is in the hourly sector, you need to walk knee-deep in mud from the road to it. I booked a room, upon arrival I was met by a surprised watchman, saying that there was no reservation.
Payment in cash only, ATM in the city. It was cold, the heating wasn't working.
It's a strange place, but it's cheap, and you don't set foot there anymore.

The first impression from the road is quite depressing. Primer, private sector, overgrowth. But, upon arrival, you understand how carefully and thoughtfully this place is made. Cleanliness- no questions asked. the room is really spacious and has an interesting interior. A hospitable relationship, helps to solve some minor situations without questions. If I come back, it will be only here. In terms of price-quality ratio, this is the best option.
