"Thank you very much" to this salon for my dog's ruined teeth. Disgusting ultrasound quality (very poorly cleaned). Our dog lost consciousness from this ultrasound. Our dog is healthy! We examine her every year! Now, after the last time we went there for cleaning, we need to remove 5 teeth due to the fact that there was a bad cleaning and they began to deteriorate! TERRIBLE SALON! If you do not know and do not see what quality of services you provide, then it is better to close the salon and do not injure the animals!!!

Although the animal was just afraid of its first haircut. Local groomers do not shine with professionalism and do not understand that they work with animals, and not with people to whom something can be explained. They beat the cat for 53.42rubles, the haircut is oblique and crooked, the animal is not washed. And the salon blames the cat for all this, not the lack of skills of its employees. At the same time, the administrator allows himself to raise his voice to the client. I do not recommend this place to those who do not want their pet to have his paws wrapped with tape (by the admission of the screaming administrator).

Hisses, screams and resists - yes. But she didn't hurt anyone. Well, then. We went to another salon to be serviced. They cut their hair there without any problems, reassured that this behavior is typical for cats and invited them to become their regular customers. And My Lord has one less client.
