I stayed in this hotel for 7 days. The staff is polite and helpful. (Shakhnoza ope respect)
The rooms are cozy (clean), the furniture is new.

We checked in in the evening, because I from another country paid about 5000 tenge more expensive. There were 2 of us, they asked for a blanket.They said no. They don't heat it normally, it's cold.I don't recommend it.
