The mini-hotel has been converted from an apartment in a residential building. There are only three rooms. Clean, quiet, good repair, 24-hour reception. Baiterek Tower and Keruen shopping mall are a 10-minute walk away. Great price for the center. I recommend it!

Although the hotel is in an apartment, but due to the large window, proximity to the elevator and good service, the feeling of the hotel is firmly present. The place is convenient, the price is reasonable. We will visit.

There was no clear check-in instructions. Half of the lighting in the room is not working, and the faucet is leaking heavily in the bathroom. Very strong audibility between rooms. Everything else is fine, the bed is comfortable, there is a hairdryer.
