We really enjoyed staying in this department! The location is wonderful, everything is within walking distance, sea, food, port) The hostess is very pleasant and friendly, there were no problems) The rooms are nice, renovated and everything you need, in general we liked everything, I recommend it!)

I want to record my negative experience of interacting with the owners of the mini-hotel “Aaron". 1. The fact of booking: we booked a room for 3 weeks, at the request of the hostess, we made the reservation directly, without the Ostrov website, so that they would not pay a commission. We made an advance payment of 5,000 rubles, wrote a handwritten contract specifying the length of stay and the amount of prepayment. 2. The fact of cancellation: 3 weeks before the check-in date, the vacation was canceled due to work necessity. I notified the owners about this and asked them to refund the amount deposited. 3. Refusal of refund: the hostess stated that the prepayment is not refundable, although this condition was neither announced nor fixed in the contract. They reacted rudely to my arguments, behaved in a boorish manner, and instead of business communication, they switched to raised tones. 4. I consider the actions of the owners to be a violation of the principles of fair provision of services. The lack of a warning about the non—repayment of the prepayment and aggressive behavior when communicating with the client are signs of an extremely dishonest attitude. Recommendation for tourists: before booking here, require a written agreement with a clear description of the refund conditions and consider whether you are willing to risk your money and nerves.
