It's a wonderful place Winter bored us and we rushed with our Willow Tree to a warm country. Ivushka had this hotel in her bins, she had chosen it for a long time before. There were almost no people, we were alone on the floor. We took 2 rooms so we wouldn't have to be in each other's sight all the time. Fortunately, the price in winter allows. The hostess generously offered to cook in their kitchen in a cafe, but Ivushka did not want to go anywhere. She took out her slow cooker and was cooking on the terrace. You can't bring food inside the rooms, so as not to smell, and we had a great time on the terrace. There's a fridge and a kettle. We also chose rooms with a street view. You go out on the balcony with a cup of tea and watch both the street and the sea. The hostess is very friendly. Thank you for your hospitality.

It was a year ago, in May 2024! I just didn't think to write a review! I really liked it; especially the owners Vladimir and Zamira, and their cats! The room is wonderful: the bed is very wide, the room has all the amenities. And even more! I took a view of the courtyard, a medlar tree with fruits, admired, and the mountains. Very good location: everything is nearby. Now my husband really wants to go there, although he used to be critical of Abkhazia. I wanted to go to Sochi, now I only want to go to Uphyn-summer!

I chose quickly and made no mistake with the choice! Shortly before my arrival, I was quickly greeted late in the evening and given a mini-tour! The perfect place for a nice and cozy stay, clean, great price, great view! The sea, the mountains, the clean air - beauty! Great beach! There is a canteen and a cafe nearby.
