We rested in the company of three people in house number 1. The location of the house is very successful. A quiet place, neighboring houses at a decent distance from each other. The house is located right in the forest by the lake with stunning views, nature all around, a strawberry patch right next to the house. Sooo clean. Nice interior, everything is clean, there is a kitchen, a gas stove with a set of dishes. Fishing is generally great, I got a lot of emotions, I caught only walleye, there were about twenty bites, my friends caught white fish, the result is also not bad. A good place for good company!!!

We rented a VIP house for 5 days from 03/24/29/2024

The area is not electrified, but the light in the house is powered by battery systems (there has not been a single drawdown in electricity for 5 days), there is also a gas generator in the backyard - there have never been any issues with recharging and hot water! Good access roads .
I definitely recommend the base of the fisherman Minichi!

This time we had a spontaneous rest for three days from 16.09 to 18.09.24.
Last time we rented house number 1, we liked everything, it was clean and tidy, thanks a lot to Natalia, and this time all the houses were occupied, but we were not upset, we took a tent and went to rest with the children.The weather pleased us, the rest and fishing were great.👍

We rented a house for 3 days. There are huge improvements compared to the last visit: a shower and toilet were completed, and a small charming house with a sauna is next to it. Fishing is on the level, and there are fish, and they are caught!
But the service is stalling, everything is slow, everything needs to be reminded, the VIP house itself is pretty shabby! And most of all, I didn't like the fact that on weekends the fishing place is a gathering of drunken companies, music screams all night, drunken "zombies" wander around, etc.
In total, it does not pull 250 rubles ...

We once saw enough wonderful, fresh photos of carp on their Instagram with a friend. And we decided to go for the weekend (from Minsk), just a couple of days after the publication. We agreed, we arrived, we tried to call for 30-40 minutes and find out how to get to our place. After a while we got to the point, fishing began. From 5 a.m. to 6 p.m., there were three roach bites slightly larger than a pack of cigarettes. It was decided to leave there for another place as soon as possible. On the way, we stopped at the fishing in Baranovichi, and we were told that some kind of grass blooms on the pond from which the fish dies. And my friend and I came to a conclusion. That they have a lot of photos, and when this grass blooms and the fish stops pecking, they upload photos to Instagram, and create a kind of active biting (this is purely our opinion, maybe it's not so).

5 times we relax with friends and every time it gets worse and worse, while we rent the so-called VIP house and, as stated everywhere, there should be everything, dishes, electricity and other amenities. However, check-in at 12.00 and the amenities in the form of electricity and dishes had to wait for the evening, although the rental period is running, that is, no one is preparing for the arrival of guests. The dishes are dirty, especially the ones that are in the house itself, imported from below are all greasy. But these are still flowers, we are resting with families and they brought us bed linen, 2 sofas, 2 bed sheets, 4 pillows, 2 pillowcases and 2 duvet covers, also one and a half, how 2 families sleep on all this, it is not clear, there is a lot of dirty laundry inside the sofas, moreover raw. The sofa itself is stained, xs what was done on it. Shower towels, all dirty and stained. There is no handle to the toilet, open it as you want. As a result, from the declared VIP, there is only a beautiful view from the panoramic windows.
Fishing, how many went, only caught 2 pike in winter, the rest is zero.
Half a year ago everything was much better and the attitude to the guests is appropriate. Contracts have never been concluded from the word at all, they were removed for 3 days, tomorrow we will move out

There was a goal to go fishing from a boat.I booked house number 1 and a boat with a motor in advance. I specified the capacity and the cost of rent. They said on the phone that the house has 3 beds, the boat can also accommodate three people. When we arrived at the place, there was only a worker sawing firewood, who did not know anything. They said on the phone that it was possible to check in, a person would come up soon and provide a boat. The boat was received only on the fourth call. And it's almost 17 00. Also, as it turned out, it is a two-seater and without a motor. While we swam to our house to load things, then while we got to the place where we planned to catch, the night is coming soon, at 20 00 it starts to get dark. An hour later, a man came to us and said that there was a bigger boat. By nightfall, we changed the boat to a bigger one, again without a motor and still descending(.
Later, a local employee came to us again and as it turned out, we owe them not only for the house and the boat, but also for fishing from each person and child (there were three of us with our son), and the boat increased dramatically in price (it became more expensive without a motor than with a motor). When asked where all prices are indicated and why no one warned that there would be additional costs, the employee just shrugs his shoulders. The owners have not been reached. No one is interested in the fact that they could give you a boat only in the evening and in fact you have been fishing for one day since two days. And no one explained what happened.Just give me the money. There is no drinking water there either. There is not even a street washbasin. The bed linen is not the first freshness, we slept in our clothes. If you want to go fishing from the bridge in the morning, then wait for the sun right in your eyes. The second boat without pumping was only enough for half a day, there was a leak on the lower valve, and when I gave it back, it turned out that the owner of the boat was aware that the boat was leaking.
Of the advantages, only the presence of a toilet, a gas stove, no electricity, and no roof.
The promotion made me laugh, the tenth visit is free. Yes, I won't go there a second time, let alone the tenth.
We only caught rudd, the size of a boat at most. And one crucian caught a little more than a boat. The people we met there said that the predator is not caught at all. So I don't even know why you can go there again!

I went with my wife from Friday to Sunday. The place is beautiful. The house is neat. Everything was clean and the dishes were clean. There was no firewood in the woodpile. No one warned that the locals were swimming near house number 3. They had a good rest. Fishing was not a great success, but the weather was very changeable. We caught two walleye and a couple of crucians. If you haven't been there, you can go. The second time to go only if with a boat.
