I did not like the offline store at all: not only did they wait for the consultant for 20 minutes (although there were 2 more employees there, but apparently they were not in the subject of their products), they also did not look at what they wanted in reality. We came to see and try on one model of the crib, but we were shown only those models that were laid out and we were not interested. They showed them on the monitor in photos, but I could watch it at home. In the end, they still bought it in the online store from them - these guys work smoothly, and accompany the client even after purchase - well done! And it's useless to go to an offline store
