На часть товаров хорошая цена, но клиентоориентированность на нуле! Отвратительная работа склада! Оплатили заказ, приехали на следующий день и ничего не собрано! Ждали больше часа! Более убогий сайт вообще сложно найти! Практически полное отсутствие фильтров для подбора товаров! Парковка как таковая отсутствует так как занята личным транспортом сотрудников.

Решил сделать интернет-заказ на сайте. Для чего? Чтобы на след день приехать и Быстро забрать готовый собранный заказ. Но нет, это не в Минимаксе! Интернет заказы обрабатывает вручную менеджер в торговом зале. Хороший, добрый, грамотный менеджер. Но у него поток покупателей в зале. И ваш заказ может быть будет прочитан в свободное время между покупателями. Когды вы дождетесь обработки заказа, и приедете в торговый зал, вам придется ждать очереди к менеджеру, взять накладную и далее как обычный покупатель в кассу и на склад, где НИЧЕГО не готово! Два отреза провода (остальные 3 куска выбрал готовые из остатка) отрезали на складе 15 минут! Это хорошо, что я был единственный покупатель в этот момент. Два отреза за 15 минут! Я в шоке. Выводы. Зачем нужен такой интернет заказ? Потеря времени. Если на складе много покупателей - СКОЛЬКО ждать выдачу товара?
