Hello. I wrote a review about the emergency doctors ahead . I was grateful to them there. But now I have no words about the paramedics. Why are there responsible people and there are those who are indifferent to their work. A man dies, you call an ambulance and they go to the wreckage on the landing, they knew that the man was dying. Moreover, they are also rude. Why do we need such doctors, the question is. They're not getting paid, and we're hoping for them. Of the 100%, only 10% who take their work with great responsibility. What kind of help can we expect from them. How to select paramedics for an ambulance. I think that many people will support me and say I'm right. . Indifference is everywhere.

Please answer the question, why do I pay for insurance if the doctor does not accept me when I come to the hospital???? I stood in line for 40 minutes to see a dermatologist, took turns, and there was a surprise. First, they checked my insurance, everything turned out to be fine with it, but they told me that I had not passed a bunch of different offices and therefore they could not accept me. They gave a whole list of offices (for reference, there are 30-40 people queuing in each of these offices.) that is, to go through all these offices, I need to spend more than one day. The question is, why is this necessary????? Why should I go through, for example, a gynecologist and many other specialists before going to a dermatologist? It just comes to an absurdity. It's funny and it's not convenient to laugh... It is unclear what the ministry thinks before adopting such rules. I doubt very much that they go to these clinics themselves. I paid for it in private clinics and went to an appointment. You paid here and you don't get an appointment. There are a lot of different reasons and excuses, just to get people and not accept them. Guys from the Ministry of Health, reconsider your Rules. It is not necessary to refer people to different doctors if it is not necessary. If a person comes to a dermatologist, let him go there, If a person is sick, he will go to other doctors.

06/07/2021 I sent a complaint to the Ministry of Health that the polyclinic of the Second World War in Almaty (regarding the operation of OSMS on the spine), bullied me for half a year, illegally lured more than 60,000 tenge out of me, put non-existent diagnoses in the Internet database secretly from me (assuming the issuance of 5 free drugs), affiliated companies INVIVO INVITRO and OLYMPUS do not do tests (the test results are made up), do not keep admission cards and do not give printouts of their inventions about my complaints and diagnoses, and in the end, the clinic staff wrote a refusal of surgery for me (which, according to the new law, means refusal of medical care for life). I did not receive a response, I did not receive money, I can not even find out the registration number of my letter, all the phones posted on the Internet are either not taken, or the machine responds that such a phone does not exist. On the Internet, the Ministry of Health began to mock me again in the QUESTION-AND-ANSWER service, and when asked to give me the registration number of my application, they answered so that I would give them this registration number. The answer was only for the first half, there was no suggestion to introduce certificates with different colors depending on the disability group. Also, what to do with an old VTEC certificate, if it cannot be replaced, the identity card is changed every 10 years, and instead of this certificate, they only give a piece of paper confirming that the person has a certificate of disability.
