We ordered a set of earrings and a ring in November. They promised by December 15th, but if not, then by the new year 1000%. Although it was written that everything is available! On the 6th of December, they called and asked to pick up the earrings, because they are already ready and they need money, and the ring a little later. We came from the other side of the city and they assured me that if they said there would be a ring on the 15th, then it would be what kind of stupid questions..so neither by 15, nor by the new year ... but ATTENTION!! In February!! Come, the ring is ready...and the question is why do I need what I needed for the new year..When I arrived to pick up, I asked for a symbolic discount for the inconvenience. I was told that they have no discounts and no one promised me anything at all!! With all this, both the ring and the earrings were more expensive from the initial cost! I asked for a book of complaints, they searched for a very long time..then they brought a notebook, and when asked where the book, which should be stitched and stamped, they said that they only had this notebook...in general, I sooo do not advise taking silver here, which is cheaper in jewelry, and even supposedly "handmade", but in fact it is stamping and not very high-quality..because the earrings are one in one, which is not possible with manual work..and the staff is rude, they probably don't need sales at all..

I am silent about the choice of natural stones. I'll tell you though. You can choose!
And the fittings are both cheap and really good quality. And there are few such shops in Minsk (well, one of several that I managed to find online).
But ...
I like a more friendly, smiling staff (in an offline store). Therefore, it is not always comfortable for me to come here.

Unfortunately, some of the "stones" are not natural minerals at all, but fake (aventurine, malachite, etc.). There are incorrectly named minerals. There are a lot of acid-colored minerals (perhaps there is a demand for such, I can not judge here). I do not recommend it to a beginner in stones - there is a chance to buy exactly what I would like. But in terms of accessories, there is quite a lot to choose from.
