Amazing hotel for that price! A nice new mattress, very cool lights, bathroom with a working tropical shower and mirror lighting and beautiful wooden doors. I would add a bath mat and more isolation for windows ( I was here in November and it's a bit cold here at night). P.S. I didn't try the hotel's restaurant even for breakfast as there are so many interesting food around I had tried.

This is a hotel chain. In Khiva, the big advantage of the hotel is its location, in the very center of the old town near the highest minaret. There is no bus to get to the hotel and you need to walk, but not far and the things were brought on electric trolleys. The hotel has no elevator and the porter delivers the luggage to the room. We arrived early in the morning, when the shopkeepers were asleep and did not interfere with enjoying the beauty of the Middle Ages. The rooms are small, the beds are comfortable. The room is without a TV and refrigerator, there is no tea or coffee either. For 3 stars, this is probably the norm. There is soap, gel and shampoo in the bathroom. Breakfast is modest, you can eat too much, but without much. For hot food, for example, only fried eggs, sausages and porridge. The coffee from the pot is tasteless.
