Nice place, a bit windy and cooler than other parts of the city. You can hear Azan 5 times a day which is perfect for me, but this residential complex security level is low as anyone can enter the building and the whole area. And the cleaning system doesn’t work well which annoys and frustrates, disappointing.

It is not very convenient with strollers, there are stairs on the ground floor, there are stairs near the LCD, it is unrealistic to walk with a stroller only if you exit through the parking lot. For such a residential complex, where there are a lot of children, it is very strange and inconvenient.☹️
