To put 1 point is to put nothing! I have not met a more irresponsible organization in all 40 years!! It's just awful! What not to touch all through one place. Begging for years to make a road or asking for months to clean it for this organization! We live in a village 10 km from Minsk, but it feels like we're in the heartland of Russia! I have thoughts of buying a tractor so that I will never ask or beg this poorhouse again! I hope that someday Alexander Grigorievich will get to you! I can't wish you all the best. Conscience does not allow it!
