Thank you very much to all the staff of the 1st intensive care unit who saved our mom. It's so nice to see young professionals in their field. The entire staff is not only attentive to patients, but also patient with their relatives. I would like to mention Veronika Nikolaevna, the doctor of Ward 3. A personal "THANK YOU" to her for her work, sensitivity to her charges, and professionalism. I would also like to express my gratitude to the medical staff of 1 cardiology, who know their job. Olga Vladimirovna is a very clever doctor, a good specialist. The head of the department constantly makes his rounds, finds words of support, and gives necessary recommendations to all patients. I would especially like to mention the junior medical staff, the nurses, who always reliably help bedridden patients, despite the large amount of work. I would like to express my gratitude to the staff of the Second Hospital, in particular, the emergency department and the Department of emergency Surgery. I arrived by ambulance with acute appendicitis and severe pain, which made me unable to stand on my feet and even had difficulty breathing. After I was taken to the hospital, a local nurse carefully carried me on a gurney, helped me recover, and I thank her very much for that. The staff acted very quickly: I was quickly diagnosed and an emergency operation was scheduled. Many thanks to the staff of the admission department and the surgical department! I was immediately placed, ivs were connected, they provided help and support, because the pain was unbearable. Special thanks to the anesthesiologist who calmed me down before the operation, as well as to the nurses, surgeons and attending physicians. I had a severe withdrawal from anesthesia: I was shaking violently, breathing was difficult due to the tube installed during the operation. The doctors and nurses were patient and caring, helping me recover. Thanks to their professionalism, I felt in safe hands. Many thanks to all the medical staff — you are real doctors with a capital letter! I am sincerely grateful for your help.

The first Department of Cardiology. Terrible treatment of the elderly , driven to death , so to speak. I would like to ask why the doctors were there, who did not even take an analysis for a week, where it was possible to immediately determine the diagnosis, but the department was brought to such a state that the intensive care unit could not save us and blamed us for bringing it to such a state. They couldn't even provide water, because even the nurse didn't deign to visit the patient. Doctors don 't come into the room, God only knows how the morning rounds go. The man complained of pain, but everyone shrugged and didn't know what was wrong, and the man kept getting worse until he died. During the operation, there was blood poisoning. I would like to ask the question, how was the infection introduced?! This is not the first time why people are not informed that there may be such consequences?! Doctors don't follow their job descriptions. Negligent attitude. Complete unsanitary conditions. It's a terrible place.

The 2nd hospital left, alas, not the most pleasant impression. On January 21, 2025, she joined the waiting list for a paid vein removal operation. When I made an appointment by phone for a consultation with a phlebologist (I didn't really need a consultation, I just needed to make an appointment for surgery), the registrar didn't say that such operations are not being performed now. Doctor D.A. Klyuyko said that while patients are being recorded on the waiting list, they need to wait for a call. And you know what? A month later, I called to remind you about myself, they answered by phone in paid services: "Wait, we're not doing it yet." She called again a month later. This time I heard the answer "we are not doing operations on a paid basis now." I'm sorry, but why did I pay 70 rubles for the consultation? So that after 2 months they would give me such an answer? So why couldn't it have been said right away? I would not waste my time waiting, and would seek help from another medical institution. For a second, vein removal operations are carried out in the cold season! But the patients weren'T even NOTIFIED, so they WOULDN'T WAIT! And now I have to wait until the fall to have this operation, and then I'll have to do a new ultrasound of the veins, because the current one will take all the time, and pay for the consultation again just to make an appointment for the operation. I just don't give a damn about people, especially since I paid for it!

I recently visited the City Clinical Hospital in Minsk. Overall, my experience has been positive. The staff was polite and professional, especially in the ophthalmology department, where I received qualified assistance. However, there were some problems with the organization and waiting time at the reception. I hope that these aspects will be improved in the future.

My father has been in the purulent surgery department at GKB No. 2 in Minsk since December 27, 2024. The doctor is Anastasia Sergeevna (unfortunately, no one told me her last name) The diagnosis is atherosclerosis of the lower extremities. During all this time, he was being prepared for bypass surgery. At the 9th hospital, when they brought him for a consultation, and it was 01/23/2025, they said that they had to heal his legs first. The question is, what have they been doing to him for a whole month?? Today, his father is weak, he can't even stand up on his own! Today he had a heart attack, they told him that there were no heart medications available, my mother ran to the pharmacy. All employees don't wear badges, and when I wanted to talk to a doctor, I had to ask all the employees who passed me if they were doctors or not. For some inexplicable reason, and at the moment, no additional information can be obtained from the doctors. When trying to do this, my mother was rudely refused. His general condition is constantly deteriorating. He hardly sleeps because of the pain. It seems that they just don't know what to do with their father. And instead of treatment, they "stuff" him with sleeping pills and painkillers. This is a horror, not a hospital! It doesn't even deserve 1 star. On 02/05/2025, Dad died in the same hospital.

There's a very lucky situation there right now. Experts range from "complete indifference, inattention and illiteracy" to a completely adequate attitude and more or less adequate treatment. Everything is very slow and unhurried- examinations that can be done in a few hours take weeks to complete. If there is only an opportunity to transfer the patient to another hospital or specialist, they will definitely throw him off, they will not do it themselves. When you check out, you need to check every piece of paper and prescription, otherwise you will leave with nothing and then you will run around clinics. This is our experience of staying 2 times for 2 weeks.

The renovation is good, but the staff and mentality have remained since Soviet times! Are you unhappy that you left your jacket in the wardrobe!? The person who was diagnosed with cancer with lungs was not even shown that there was oxygen , it got worse on the second day - he could not walk , after they told him to cancel the drugs , they did not work for him - it became easier ! Therefore, before you are hospitalized , think about it ! Maybe it's better at home and with private doctors!

Emergency room. It's a pity you can't give a negative assessment, it's not normal that doctors walk around the emergency room without medical clothes on their own, not accepting people who sit and wait for them for a couple of hours. Not accepting a SINGLE person (out of three people sitting in line) in an hour is, of course, the height of professionalism. But we manage to walk along the corridor and laugh with the staff)

I signed up for the head of the department., I waited for half a year, went to the hospital on the appointed day, it turned out the doctor was on vacation, and another one would operate, about whom I know nothing ... I was upset. The girl operated, as I was told, the right hand of the head. Everything went well, the doctor and the assistant are polite and tactful. What can not be said about the junior medical staff, not the most pleasant, although not all of course… One nurse scolded me for walking up and down the corridor like an alley, when, as is mandatory after this kind of operation, you need to walk for an hour, it was very unpleasant. In the morning, they made a dressing and were discharged. In general, it cannot be said that everything is bad, but still there was not enough attention, recommendations and participation. I had to find out everything myself.

I don't like this hospital. One corridor drives another corridor. To give the fruits to the mother, it was necessary to complete a quest and physical endurance tests. About parking, a separate conversation, it is almost impossible to get there by car. Parking nearby is paid. A person in poor health is forced to either pay money or carry bags for a kilometer.
