Disgusting interior and maintenance of the car. The attitude towards clients, both on the part of specialists and management, is surprisingly boorish. I had the imprudence to purchase a car in this salon. After the accident, I received an invoice for a huge amount for car repairs (four scratches), even after a written request, I did not wait for a calculation with the cost of the work. For this money, you can repair a Mercedes, not to mention a Lada. When an uncharacteristic sound was detected when driving in reverse gear, audible not only to me, the company representatives assured me that there were no defects, however, it is not clear how the car is checked. However, in an oral conversation, the representatives of the salon offered to polish the pads, of course for a fee. Here is the service! Avoid this place. If you decide to purchase a Lada car, I recommend contacting another dealer.

The choice of car fell on the Lada Vesta SV Cross. I signed up for the dry test through a specialist Alexey Khozyova, who was also present at it. There was a feeling that he was not interested in selling the car. The man was not friendly, not a word could be extracted from him. And if that was the case, then the answer was unequivocal.
So we drove a couple of kilometers along an asphalt road and that's it, although he said in advance that there was a specially designated place where you can test the car. By the time this "test drive" was completed, I asked if it was still possible to repeat the route? To which I received the answer: make an appointment for tomorrow!
At the end of the 4-minute ride, we got out of the car. He was too lazy to tell people goodbye.
After such a specialist, I am now considering other cars.
