Overall, the complex is beautiful, but I would not like to live there. Firstly, the feeling of an "anthill" is complemented by very poor sound insulation of the apartments. You can hear everything, how the neighbors are talking, what is happening in the common corridor, you can talk to your neighbor in the toilet, you can see what is happening in the apartments of neighboring houses in the evening and, accordingly, you can be seen. You can hear the elevator going if the apartment is next to the mine. I used to think that this was only a problem with panel houses, but I was wrong. With the windows open, you can hear how the railroad cars are sorted at night and how cars are constantly driving around, resonating sounds in the courtyard. Secondly, there are few shops, namely shops in the "at home" format, and those that are packed with people have a very meager assortment of goods. Thirdly, there is a very big problem with parking lots, they seem to be there, but they are definitely not enough for everyone, and this is strongly felt, and the area has not even been completed yet. Small yards are filled with cars. Fourthly: there is a lack of landscaping, there seems to be a place for planting trees and shrubs, but for some reason they themselves are not there. Many houses have been standing for years, but the trees have not appeared there. I immediately remembered the courtyards of Novaya Borovaya, where the developer made very cool and comfortable green courtyards to shift the focus from panel houses, and the marketing approach worked. But in the Modern World, this apparently does not bother the developer, the emphasis is more on commercial complexes, business and high-rise buildings. If we recall the "Lighthouse of Minsk", then there is the same problem, very poor landscaping, especially from the side of the shopping center. Playgrounds also leave much to be desired. As for the social infrastructure, I can't say anything, since we didn't overlap. The transport accessibility of the area is good. But there is no desire to live and raise children there.

This is just a great area for lovers of beautiful cities, beautiful houses, and urban traffic. We have been living for a year now, I don't want to change anything) On the contrary, going outside MM becomes somehow sad from the old areas with old five-story buildings. I like that everything is modern, beautiful, I like the contingent, the neighbors. There are no problems with parking in our quarter, having lived all my life in Malinovka, here in this regard you can easily find a place, arriving at 9-10 pm. The apartment is very warm, even too warm. There are no questions about sound insulation either, I personally haven't heard from the neighbors in a year. Cool playgrounds, lots of cafes, light, there is a place to walk in the evening. Lovers of silence, fields and forests are certainly not here, you'd better go somewhere in Minsk, there is plenty of all this
