I am engaged in apartment repairs in the Minsk Mir microdistrict and I see how the area is actively developing. Earnings here are at the Moscow level, and new houses appear quite quickly. Residents come not only from Belarus, but also from Russia and Ukraine. Expensive cars can often be seen on the streets, and people seem happy and well-groomed. I am glad that there are many families with children who often play in the courtyards. The place is really suitable for a comfortable life with your family.

I really love the Minsk Mir district. I often go to my daughter on Korzhenevsky and every time I drive through Minsk World, I enjoy the atmosphere of this place. I am especially looking forward to the opening of the shopping center — I love shopping, so it will be a real holiday for me.

Minsk-Mir, in particular, the Emirates quarter is a cozy modern complex. A variety of playgrounds with soft rubber coating. Playground for kids with a train. It has safe small slides, an enclosed sandbox where you can learn counting, roll cars or strollers with dolls, roll a ball. There are benches for mothers with strollers nearby. There are playgrounds for older children nearby. With an original design:The ship, the Kremlin, the Tower. There is a playground with a wooden car and a turtle slide between the houses. On the side of the road, it is protected by a transparent plastic screen. There are also sports grounds for adults. There's a horizontal bar, and rings, and ropes, and exercise bikes, and weight training equipment. You can walk with families, find something to do to your taste. There are plenty of benches for relaxing everywhere. You can also have a snack. Donut cafe, pizzeria, Papa Doner are within walking distance. There are also three large stores:Hippo, Euroopt and Neighbors. It is a great place for family living and joint walks! Complete delight!!!
Among the disadvantages are not enough green spaces: trees, bushes, lawns. In summer, in the heat, there is nowhere to hide in the shade. She is practically nowhere to be found. Canopies or trees are needed. In addition, metal slides and rubber coating are very hot on playgrounds. You can get burns. A big disadvantage for children is that there is no sandbox with sand, which kids love so much! I have to go to the sandbox in the Diadem house. There are three sandboxes nearby. But again, there are no canopies and from 12 to 16 there is a risk of getting heatstroke.
