This is a very wonderful place! I was surprised, but the Minsk Zoo surpassed the Moscow one) I was there twice with a short interval, I will tell you about each visit. I should immediately note that the first hike was on May 26 after lunch at about 14:00 (Sunday), the second on June 21 at 11:00 (Friday). I can say that we managed to see more animals for the second time. Among them: foxes (white and red), a wolf, raccoons, a monkey with a cub, beautiful pink birds similar to flamingos, a lemur!! The first time these animals could not be found, they most likely hid in houses. I can relate this to two reasons: 1) it got hotter closer to lunch, it was more comfortable for the animals to hide in the shade, 2) the animals were already fed by visitors)) I was also pleased that on my second visit, the zebra walked right next to the fence and allowed itself to be seen and fed by hand. But, for example, I did not see a tiger on the second day, unlike on the first day))) summarizing all this, I can say that the behavior of animals and their desire to communicate with visitors is difficult to predict (although the bears willingly entertained us both that and the second time). Nevertheless, I recommend that you focus on visiting in the morning and probably on a weekday. All the animals are neat and well-groomed, especially the bears and bison! The bison stood at the fence on both the first and second days, they could be fed directly from the hand, it's incredible 😱😱 I was lucky enough to see baby zubrik, who did not leave his mother at all on the first day, and a month later on my second visit he already walked on his own and even came close to the fence) the dolphinarium is also ready to visit I can recommend it, the performance itself is short-lived, but interesting) by the way, at the entrance to the zoo they sell animal food in cups (2p), and there is a mini cafe for visitors throughout the territory. I recommend taking at least 3 hours to visit for sure!! I am glad that I visited here, a great vacation, thank you!

A wonderful zoo! We are tourists from Moscow and our city zoo simply cannot be compared with Minsk.
The zoo is clean, does not smell of animals, respectively - they are often well cleaned.
In the small territory of the zoo there are almost all possible animals that can be in the zoo, except that there were no elephants and giraffes.
The animals are well-groomed, not thin, but I would like all animals to have water in the enclosures in the heat of + 33, this is not even discussed.
It is more profitable to take a shared ticket with the dolphinarium, for ~ 1000 Russian rubles we visited in 4 hours - everything that is in the zoo.
Another small wish is to place an air conditioner in the dolphinarium, the dome gets very hot and the open windows can't cope.

Not a bad place to visit with children.
A pond has been made for the recreation of migrating birds, as in Moscow.
We were pleased with the bison and the exotarium, where you can walk along the bridge over the carp and look at some of the birds without cages.
The zoo is not bad, but it is much inferior to Moscow, Berlin or Prague.
If you are a local resident, then at least once every two or three years it is worth going to it, and if you are a tourist, then you can skip it. Although I personally walked with the children there for 4 hours and everyone was satisfied.

Like it. The animals are well-groomed, not sick, beautiful. It was interesting, informative and fun for the children. There are attractions, a shooting range, a laughter room and a playground for children on site. There is a cafe where you can buy snacks, drink coffee/ tea. At the entrance you can buy treats for animals, in the terrarium you can buy souvenirs ( toys) for children: spiders, snakes, etc
. A huge, beautiful exotarium.
Beautiful, cute and ozone monkeys.
Loud parrots, big fish and crocodiles will definitely appeal to children!
P.s - only it didn't work out to stay near the fox enclosure for a long time - the smell is "impressive" :) but I don't think it's the zoo's business.

There is something to compare it with, but the Minsk Zoo has conquered me and my family. Everything is thoughtful, exciting, amazing, and the dolphinarium is, of course and undoubtedly, the TOP!!! Great time, convenient and large parking. I definitely recommend it. If only there were an interactive zoo like in the forest tayamnitsa in Baranovichi where you can feed, pet deer, ostriches and the rest of our smaller brothers, it would be generally SUPER. But even so, my personal rating is 10 out of 10.

The impression is amazing! I write as an adult with a three-year-old child. Everyone was happy. Both mom and dad and son. Firstly, a large area. Surrounded by greenery and ponds. Well-groomed. There is no crowding and dust. There are urns and benches everywhere, I will note flowers separately. Beauty. Flower beds are not forgettable. That is, it is certainly pleasant to be on the territory.
You need to take a lot of time to visit, because there is also a dolphinarium and a park with dinosaurs.
We were delighted with both dolphins and dinosaurs. I especially liked dino, of course. It feels like they live literally, each in their own zone. It's a great idea to place them right in the greenery. You walk and come across a huge screaming and moving monster. We all liked them very much. There were few people. This is after the dolphin show, that is, after 7 p.m. They are very cute. The park itself and the reservoirs are all advantages!!!!! Animals should feel comfortable that there is water nearby.
Plus, there are toilets everywhere, free of charge, and there are no queues. Clean and decent. Well, it's very beautiful.
The zoo itself is also above all praise!!!!
I definitely recommend you to visit. The pavilions are unusual. You can climb up and look at the animals from above, feed them.
There are souvenirs in the pavilion with exotic animals.
We can have a snack. The cafe also has something to feed the baby. And there is even a room for a mother and child in the toilet.
It is better to come a couple of hours before the dolphin show, even after 3 o'clock. That is, by 15. To take your time to inspect the animals, then the dolphinarium and dino in the evening. And not every kid is capable of such an excess of impressions.
In general, everything is great.
Thanks to the zoo staff and of course the animals. We are very satisfied. We spent a day of happiness.

I really liked the zoo, it's big, there are a lot of animals. The cages are clean, everyone is fed, well-fed, the animals look healthy and cheerful. Bison, a lion with a lioness, a tiger, and bears struck with their beauty. Funny horses begged for sweets. You can't list them all! And an interesting Dino Park, the four of us adults were happy to look at the impressive exhibits! I recommend you to visit.

The animals are well-groomed, fed, fruits are lying in cages, it is clear that they do not freeze, but THEIR EYES are sad from being imprisoned in a cage. I wish they had bigger enclosures, this applies to monkeys with a baby, arctic foxes, lynxes, raccoons. A very strong smell of urine, probably they didn't figure out how to deal with it(
The child liked it, the impressions were good, they expand the territory, you can take animals under your care and give deductions for their care. You can also bring seasonal vegetables and fruits, the zoo writes ads and gives them to employees on a pass as a gift for zoo residents. There is parking nearby, a cafe inside, a dolphinarium.

We spent a couple of hours with the child at our zoo. Of course, the condition of the animals leaves much to be desired, the smells from some enclosures are simply overwhelming. I was surprised that toilet paper was still present in the toilet, although not in every stall. I was impressed by the cashier batutov, who listened almost to Vladimir Central in a place like the zoo) Inflatable slides are in great demand among children, even more than animals. It's a very poor choice of fast food, if you're hungry, eat a hot dog or chips. I felt sorry for the animals all the time. It has become much better. Gradually, the territory is expanding and improving. The enclosures have become spacious enough for the animals. Now it's more interesting to watch them. Parking is not always able to accommodate everyone, but it is not a problem to find a place along the street. The dolphinarium is paid separately, and the entrance to the other pavilions is by one ticket. There are enough cafes inside the territory to have a quiet snack and refresh yourself.

Catering is well established-varied, fast, tasty and not at exorbitant prices. Clean toilets with soap, hot water. The animals themselves are cheerful, well-fed, friendly. I recommend it!!! I am pleased with the condition of all animals. Zoos are loved by children who love animals, but not by adults who also love animals - the simple truth is, but here it does not feel so vividly. To each aviary, to each piece of land, there is a huge attention of the staff (I saw a young man feeding and cleaning the porcupines aviary; and young women weeding flower beds; and many other zoo workers) - all with smiles, diligent, neat. It is very expensive, but when work is fun, it turns out exactly the result that is visible in the Minsk Zoo. It was very nice to visit you! And, of course, it was great to see an updated aviary of bison, a bird's yard on the water, and many other innovations - after all, I was with you for the first time back in 2014. Thank you for the cleanliness, for the renovation, for the work! I recommend you to visit.

About the wonderful zoo in Minsk. We are absolutely delighted!!!!
Lots of animals, all well-groomed, well-fed, very sociable.
The brown bear gave us a whole show, he's still an artist!!!
Zebras, alpacas, goats and the sea of ungulates are happy to communicate with visitors.
Surprisingly, a stork built a nest on top of a cage with birds. I picked up a great place.😉
And we also happened to be at the birth (lambing) of a goat. The children are a little shocked, they were very worried about the wet babies, but they saw with what love the goat takes care of its offspring.
There are several lions in the zoo. Ooh, what a roar there was from one, a very talkative little friend.
The exotarium is beyond praise. A very cozy place, from which I did not want to leave at all.
There are a lot of emotions, everyone is very cool!

I really liked the zoo with the children. Food for ungulates and birds was bought at the entrance, the children enthusiastically fed the animals. The pavilions with fish and reptiles are not very large, but the Orinoco pavilion makes an impression. But the most exciting thing is the Dinopark. The teenage son said that only for the idea you need to put a five. Although the sensors on dinosaurs need to be improved: they are not sensitive everywhere and generally work.

We are from Gomel, we have been to the Grodno zoo a couple of times and have now reached Minsk.
The zoo is large, there is a shaking aquarium (part in the photo), there are many animals, well-groomed and so on.
Why I took off 2 stars.
- not adults, not a child does not want to return (we compare it with Grodno, and Minsk should be a cut above in quality, but no).
- we were in the heat (kvass, beer, there is food and dolphins), there are few trees, the territory is very large and open (sample in the photo).
- there is not enough information about animals, do not enter the signs - it will bite off (there was a technique, apparently partially repaired), but this is not in that part.
- animals are not arranged for easy viewing (predators, horned, etc.)
- some animals have gorgeous conditions (parrots, fish, bears with pools and .., and some are right in the same building in such small cages ...
And when the sun is in the afternoon, where there is glass, animals are not visible at all (monkeys and ..)
The zoo is good, I'm afraid, but my hand does not rise to put more, little things but ...

We were there in March. Where there are dinosaurs, there is nothing to do (unless the child, of course, is delusional about dinosaurs). We misjudged the time a bit, bought tickets to both the zoo and the dolphinarium. And it was the end of the day, so there wasn't much time left for the zoo. But the overall impression is positive. I liked the performance at the Dolphinarium as a whole. The only bad impression left was from the female presenter, I understood that she was there for beauty, half of what she said was completely indistinct, maybe, of course, the microphones are like that.

No, they gave 40 rubles per person for this, I hope at least they will buy animal feed. The zoo is about nothing at all.
