Today, my husband and I arrived at a doctor's appointment in order to make a mark for a professional examination! We arrived at 11.20. My husband went to office 3, but they told him to contact the registry first.... We approach, submit the documents and ask, what do we need to do? After the woman took the referral and passport, she inquired about the spouse's residence (the spouse is registered in the Gomel region, but temporary services are available in Minsk). After the husband announced that he was registered in the Gomel region, the woman in the medical department demanded to be assigned to the polyclinic!!!! Why would she need it if the clinic gave her a referral??? We arrive five hours later - back! We contact the registrar and they calmly write out a referral and ask us to pay 3 rubles! And That's it!!!!!! I asked, but what about our assignment from the clinic???? To which I received a reply - The man did not arouse my suspicions!! What suspicions? What's the answer? Why is it that they demand it in the morning, but they don't need it in the evening????

Either I was too lucky, or the problems reported in the reviews were fixed (or they didn't exist at all). Everything went very quickly and promptly, without unnecessary questions. The girl at the reception asked for her passport and immediately told her to prepare 3 rubles for issuing a certificate, quickly sent a referral to the 3rd office and made the payment. There was no queue in the office itself, the reception did not take more than 30 seconds. I arrived on Tuesday, 28.01 at 13.30

I arrived at about 17 o'clock, there are no people. The receptionist quickly wrote everything down and sent it to the office. Everyone is smiling and positive. Even if I wanted to find fault with something, it wouldn't work. Waiting time - 5 stars Staff - 5 stars Purity -5 stars Parking - 5 stars (there are enough places)
