The logical question is what not to do as planned, replacing what is needed at the site when everything is turned off as planned? I respect the USSR, but it is advisable to take the best moments from the past rather than continue living there, but no - the plans of one-dimensional organizations cannot be coordinated within the framework of one district in any way. No one from the leadership of the city or the country will read it anyway, and if they do, they won't change it for the better for people's comfort - they need to write a lot of papers, 1000 approvals and cabinets, and most importantly, make efforts to cancel a couple of dozen meetings for 200 hours, which everyone needs so much every Monday. Thank you for being here, but there's a lot to change.
