I had to contact this institution several times. In general: submission of documents, electronic queue, opening hours, everything works fine. Upon receiving the documents, we twice encountered a "specialist" who issues ready-made documents. This is generally how such a person can be put to work with clients. Twice he couldn't find ours in a stack of about twenty ready-made documents. The first time, he decided to send us to another department, although we ordered the receipt of documents in this one, fortunately another specialist intervened and everything was found very quickly. The second time, I checked in advance on the availability of the documents and came for them, and the same situation. The same "specialist" who can't find anything at his workplace. I said that I would not leave until he found my documents, the documents were found, but the residue remained. I would like to ask the management of the institution to find a job for a young "specialist" according to his abilities, just to issue ready-made documents, he still does not reach this level.
