A grandfather of 80 years old was standing in the next window, and the girl who served him was very considerate. I explained everything to him calmly and respectfully, answered all his questions. I didn't rush him, I gave him time to think. It made a pleasant impression. Treating people well is important in a job like this!

They are doing well, resting. The control room of the Minsk Water Utility works until 17.00. it is useless to call doblessny 115. Even the robot died there, there are just short bursts.

The water is much worse than it was before the accident on 06/24/2020.(Moskovsky district, Alibegova str., 14) We had to turn off the water purification system in the apartment, as 4 filters could not cope with chemical contamination. Now you will have to buy them unscheduled and change them for a lot! Question: why did the minskvodokanal have a joint, and now people have to pay for water and filter changes? Even the water supply was canceled, allegedly hiding behind normal water readings. It's an outrage!!!!!!!!!

As a result, the queue grew by 5 more people after us. And yet we did not get into this 3 window. Another window opened and we were invited to the 2nd window.
