The attempt to call was unsuccessful - 3 times the bot says that the recording is on Wed and Thu. (I called just on Thursday), then three rings and reset. I wrote on Instagram, and there was zero response. Instead of calling back, they wrote to Viber. As a result, I was offered a date for the initial consultation in July 2026 (now September). And when I asked again if the date was correct, they just liked the message... It's like you're talking to a schoolboy, not a customer service organization.

They waited more than 6 months for an appointment for a consultation, but because they needed a good pediatric orthodontist, they decided to wait in line. At the consultation, the doctor ordered a 3D scan to be taken, after which they were sent to the Lode for decoding. We made a transcript, sent it to the doctor on Viber, and the Viber administrator told us that we had been assigned a Myobrace device and a myofunctional lesson. We arrived at the appointed time (the end of June), paid for the device and the lesson, and completed training. At the same time, the doctor said that we needed to show up in the middle of August. Then the fun started! When I tried to sign up right away, they told me it was too early. At the end of July (I contacted Viber), they told me that they were putting us on a waiting list. The recording was not offered even in early September. When I applied again in September, I received the answer that there were no windows available. I have a question, why does the specialist recommend to see you as planned, if there is no opportunity to register the patient within the recommended time?! what is the point of such treatment? Just "sniff" the device and that's it? I would not recommend this clinic to anyone.
