The delivery did not take place within the time stipulated at the time of placing the order. Manager Daria informed us that the delivery has been postponed for 2 days. After 2 days, the order was also not delivered, Daria stopped answering my calls. To simply find out the location of the cargo, I had to independently find out the location of the cargo from the shipping company. After 7 days, some of the goods were delivered, one item was defective (damaged), and 7 items were missing. Miotek LLC deliberately shipped the damaged goods by removing the chip from the box with the goods. The delivery of 7 items finally took place on the 10th day. The director of the Miotek LLC online store has not been in touch. To replace the marriage, they offer to visit them a couple of times. I won't go, I'll leave them to be poor! I made the following conclusions for myself: 1) Manager Daria deliberately lies to the customer, and then stops answering the phone. 2) Messages in the personal account are not read or ignored. 3) Miotek LLC does not comply with delivery deadlines and simply uses my money for their own purposes. 4) Miotek LLC deliberately deceives a potential buyer by stating in a public offer that the goods are available, in fact, there is nothing "available". 5) The head of Miotek LLC forbids his subordinates to inform customers of their contact phone number.
